Yes! Children are welcome to run if registered. Ages 5 and under can participate in the 1 mile walk for free, while accompanied by a registered adult (18+ years). Children participating in all other distances will need to register, for liability reasons. No Exceptions

Yes, your best friend is welcome to this race! All dogs (and their people) must be physically capable of participating. Older dogs or dogs unaccustomed to: extensive exercise, other dogs, or large crowds, will be happier at home.

Yes, for the safety of all 2 and 4-legged participants, ALL dogs must be a on a leash at least 6 feet long. Retractable leashes are NOT allowed.

Yes, though please only bring dogs that are well-behaved and in well enough shape to safely complete the event.

Yes, we will have community style water at the start/finish as well as at each aid station.
