Likes: George loves running around, going on short walks, chilling on the couch, and playing with toys. He loves ripping apart stuffed animals but if another dog has one or tries to take his, he sometimes gets a little possessive, which we are working on. He also loves dog biscuits, fruit, and veggies.

House-trained: George has had some accidents in the house, but we are working on it.

Crate trained: Yes, but he is not the biggest fan of being in the kennel, especially if people are in his view — he will whine and bark. However, he does good at going in! He also only stays in there when we are out and about, but sleeps in the bed at night.

Special needs: George can be a little possessive when it comes to food and toys. He sometimes growls and snaps at his foster sister if she gets too close to him while playing or eating. In addition, if there are people outside, he will bark. He is also very attached to his foster mom, who he will follow anywhere and everywhere; he does not enjoy being left alone as well.  

 

Hello! my name is Goerge, and I am the ultimate companion for anyone! I am a very sweet and lovable boy, who enjoys cuddling, getting pets, going on walks, going on car rides, and jumping after toys! I tend to match anyone’s mood — snoozing on the couch or running around the yard playing!

 

I wasn’t the biggest fan of stairs in the beginning, but i’ve gotten a lot better! I sometimes struggle with going down them, but lots of encouragement and praise helps! I’ve also had some accidents, as my previous owner had me wear belly bands in the past. However, my foster family has been very patient with me and teaching me only to go potty outside! I do need to have someone watch me while I’m outside, as i tend to not use the bathroom or i’ll try to go on my foster sister.

 

I do very well with my foster sister, Pieper, and we get along great! She’s an old lady and enjoys doing her own things (aka sleeping 24/7). I never bother or pick fights with her, but we do enjoy snuggling here and there! however, I do sometimes get jealous and will shove her out of the way.

 

ultimately, I’m a very chill and sweet dude! I do tend to stick to my foster parents like glue and lay on their chests to show how much i love them! I am such a snuggle bug! i would do well in a home where someone is there often, as i don’t like being kenneled or left alone.
