Likes: She loves treats! She loves playing with a crocodile crinkly toy and running around tossing it. She loves walks and snuggle time
Dislikes: She gets along well with other dogs but can be food aggressive. She would do great as an only dog or with a submissive sibling
Crate trained: Yes
Fenced yard required: No, but would be great in aiding with exercise
Special Needs/Notes: Needs to continue losing more weight.
She had two low grade mast cell tumor removed and may need a luxating patella surgery at some point.

Khloe is the snuggle pug you have been looking for! She is the absolute sweetest girl! She loves all people, even small kids! She gets along with all dogs big and small but would do great as an only dog so she gets all the attention. She “hugs” her humans by rubbing up on their chests and giving kisses. She’s contenting sitting on your lap or next to you while you binge watch your favorite shows. She’s playful with toys but has a great mix of calm and fun. She loves walks and exploring and getting to know new people. Her tail never stops wagging, even after having a tumor removal at the top of it! She’s had a few low grade mast cell tumors removed and healed up like a champ. She has a slight limp at times due to a luxating patella but it doesn’t prevent her from running, jumping up on couches, beds and onto your lap. She hasn’t met a treat or food that she doesn’t want. Because of this she needs to stay on a weight management diet. She also needs to be fed separately than other dogs at first as she loves to guard her food. She is fully house-trained and has never had an accident in the house. Overall Khloe is a super happy, loving and healthy girl! She’s just looking for the lucky human who will get to give her the forever home of her dreams! She was surrendered with her sibling Gucci who is also up for adoption but doesn’t need to be adopted as a pair as they are pretty independent of each other. Due to the high frequency of applicants NOT ALL pre-screening emails will be responded to. PPN does not allow pugs to be shipped as cargo. For approved out of state adoptions requiring airfare the pug must fit in an airline approved sized carrier able to fit under the seat. Out of state adopters must arrange for transport and in some cases we may have volunteers able to help.
